Bridge the gap between legal expertise and AI systems. You will design, train, and evaluate AI models that understand legal language, structure legal knowledge graphs, and ensure our agents produce accurate, citation-backed legal analysis across GCC jurisdictions.
What You'll Do
- Design and curate training datasets from legal corpora (legislation, case law, regulatory texts)
- Develop evaluation frameworks for legal AI accuracy and hallucination detection
- Collaborate with practicing lawyers to validate model outputs and refine legal reasoning chains
- Build and maintain structured legal ontologies for multi-jurisdictional coverage
What We're Looking For
- Background in law, computational linguistics, or NLP engineering
- Familiarity with legal systems in MENA / GCC jurisdictions
- Experience working with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or knowledge representation
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong plus
Optimize how legal work gets done inside our platform and for our clients. You will design workflows, manage legal data pipelines, and work closely with law firms and corporate legal departments to ensure Lawis integrates seamlessly into their daily practice.
What You'll Do
- Map and optimize legal workflows for contract lifecycle management and regulatory monitoring
- Manage relationships with legal data providers and ensure data quality across jurisdictions
- Design onboarding processes that help legal teams adopt AI tools effectively
- Analyze usage patterns and propose product improvements based on operational insights
What We're Looking For
- Experience in legal operations, legal project management, or legal tech implementation
- Strong understanding of law firm and in-house legal department workflows
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of GCC legal frameworks is a strong advantage
Shape the voice and substance of our legal intelligence platform. You will create compelling, accurate legal content — from regulatory summaries and blog posts to AI-generated content quality standards — that positions Lawis as the trusted authority in MENA legal tech.
What You'll Do
- Produce high-quality legal analysis, news summaries, and thought leadership content
- Develop content standards and editorial guidelines for AI-generated legal text
- Collaborate with legal engineers to improve the quality and tone of AI outputs
- Build and execute a content strategy across blog, newsletter, and social channels
What We're Looking For
- Strong legal writing background or journalism experience covering legal/regulatory topics
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language
- Experience with content strategy, SEO, and editorial planning
- Bilingual English/Arabic or English/French is highly valued
Be the trusted advisor to our law firm and enterprise clients. You will ensure every customer unlocks the full potential of Lawis — from onboarding and training to ongoing support and strategic guidance — driving retention and expansion across the region.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end customer journey from onboarding through renewal and expansion
- Conduct training sessions and build educational resources for legal professionals
- Monitor account health, identify risks, and proactively address customer needs
- Gather feedback and collaborate with product teams to shape the platform roadmap
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer success, account management, or client services — ideally in SaaS or legal tech
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to understand and articulate technical product capabilities to non-technical users
- Fluency in English and Arabic or French
Drive the growth of Lawis across the MENA legal market. You will identify and close partnerships with law firms, corporate legal departments, and government entities — building the commercial engine that brings AI-powered legal intelligence to every legal professional in the region.
What You'll Do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across the GCC and North Africa
- Build and maintain a pipeline of law firms, in-house legal teams, and government bodies
- Develop strategic partnerships with legal associations, tech integrators, and channel partners
- Represent Lawis at industry events, conferences, and client presentations
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships — preferably in legal tech or SaaS
- Strong network within the GCC / MENA legal or professional services ecosystem
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a bonus
